Yoga
 

Our yoga classes are based on a 50 minute Vinyasa-style yoga focusing on core strength, balance and flow. The practice is a full body workout. 

 

Indoor cycling
 

Based on interval training and cycling principles of cadence and heart rate the class is designed to build endurance and strength.  The classes are built to allow each student to go at their own pace while still receiving the maximum benefits of a strenous cardiovascular workout.



Core focus
 

An intelligent 50 minute class focused on the center of all movement - your core. We focus on strengthening the posterior chain and abdominals.  No matter your fitness goals, this class will enhance your performance.

This intelligent workout is deisgned to develop the center of all movement - your core.  No matter your goals this 50 minute class will enhance your performance by strengthening your posterior chain, abdominals and entire musculature.
