We invite you to the Studio in a hidden boutique space where you receive focused and personal attention to create an unique member experience.
 
Our classes are friendly and built on the community concept which Joe's Gym is known for.
 
The Studio is a place where you will be energized, challenged and inspired to be your best self. we have built a program that incorporates yoga, strength and endurance to enhance your life.
 
 
Yoga
 

Our yoga classes are based on a 50 minute Vinyasa-style yoga focusing on core strength, balance and flow. The practice is a full body workout. 

 

Indoor cycling
 

Based on interval training and cycling principles of cadence and heart rate the class is designed to build endurance and strength.  The classes are built to allow each student to go at their own pace while still receiving the maximum benefits of a strenous cardiovascular workout.



​Core focus
 

An intelligent 50 minute class focused on the center of all movement - your core. We focus on strengthening the posterior chain and abdominals.  No matter your fitness goals, this class will enhance your performance.
